Product description
US Airways began Embraer E-Jet operations in 2002 with its "Jets-for-Jobs " MidAtlantic Airways subsidiary. The aircraft were flown in the US Airways Express network by pilots furloughed from mainline US Airways. MidAtlantic's assets were eventually sold to Republic Airlines, and MidAtlantic ceased to exist in 2006. Republic still operates these aircraft on behalf of US Airways
