Plastic Liner Decal is a Thai producer of high quality decal sheets for airliners.
The quality of the sheets is easily on par with anything the major brands produce.
This sheet features one Thai Airways L1049 registered HS-TCA.
Instructions consist of some black & white photographs wich should be enough for correct placement of most of the markings.
